Introduction
Founded in 1932 as a grey cast iron foundry specialized in Heating Technologies, FERAMO has lived a progressive modernisation process during the years 1970-1990 which has made the company to become one of the most important foundries in the Czech Republic with a large casting range of products and customers at present. Since May 2008, FERAMO belongs to the leading European automotive holding ACE Group which has other two production plants in Spain for iron casting (Fuchosa) and in Poland for aluminium casting (EBCC). ACE Group is present in the Stock Exchange of Warsaw.

Located in Brno, in the very heart of the EU automotive production region with a short distance to many ACE potential and current clients, FERAMO exports castings to almost all countries around whole European continent. Our main effort is focused on meeting the requirements of our customers that need cast iron castings in weight range from 0,5 to 80 kg. Our present production capacity is 19.000 annual tonnes. Thanks to an ambitious investment programme will increase FERAMO production capacity rapidly and will improve its business efficiency. Currently there are 280 employees working in three shifts.
