On request, the castings are annealed to facilitate machining.
The production is provided by series and mass production of castings in weight range from 0,5 to 80 kg. The assortment includes 1200 to 1400 items. Pattern equipment made of:
- Metal
- Cast resin
- Their combination including core boxes
Annual production rate of the foundry fluctuates about 19.000 tonnes and in short time will be increased up to 27.000 tonnes.
Quality assurance programe implemented in different phases is obvious:
- Pattern checks
- Checks of cores before they are placed into moulds
- Sand mixture analysis in the company‘s own laboratory
- Spectrographic batch analysis
- Determination of mechanical properties of castings: tensile strength, hardness and metallographical analysis if required
- Final inspection of finished products
